Visit websiteNFHS: Concussion in Sport Course (Certification)
You will need to create a free account with the NFHS (or log in to your preexisting account) and add the course to your shopping cart. You will not be charged anything to “check out” and can complete the course after you check out. After you complete the course go back to your personal NFHS home page and click on “My Completed Courses” and then “View/Print” certificate. Please print the certificate and submit it to the athletic office, or save it and email it to the Director of Athletics. (*If you click on your certificate link and it shows a blank certificate, look for a notification on the adobe window that says “Open with different viewer” – this will usually then provide you with the completed certificate with you name and completion code)
